A specialised generalist obsessed with restaurants, people and food culture, Pani applies her sharp eye, creative vision and considered opinion to bold projects in the hospitality industry – offering insight into F&B's intersections with contemporary society across design, fashion and media.

Pani also runs The Goal is to Eat.

This includes a weekly newsletter of notable nourishment, and a monthly PARLOUR creating space for conversation and connection between those working in and around food.​​
